Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 3, 2017, the Defendant, without authority, signed the Telecommunications Company D mobile phone subscription information column with the intent to exercise within 3,000 points located in Toynsan-si B of the Jeonsi-si, the Defendant stated “E” as “E” in the customer name E, date of birth F, and address Jeonbuk-si G prior to the domicile,” “Automatic transfer” in the payment type column, “H Bank” in the bank name column, “I” in the account number column, and “E” in the name column under its name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged the mobile phone application in the name of E, a private document on rights and obligations.

In addition, the Defendant submitted the forged mobile phone new application to the person in charge of opening the mobile phone who is unaware of the same fact on the same day and used it as if it was genuine.

2. On February 18, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime without authority for the purpose of exercising the aforementioned C, around February 18, 2017, without authority, signed “E” in the column for subscription to the D mobile phone new application form for a customer name E, date of birth F, name entry, and signed “E” next thereto, and signed “E” and attached “K” in the following column for subscription form.
