A is the executive advisory members of the Central Party E in the preceding E, the executive secretary of the Busan City Party in the preceding F, the chairperson of the former Seo-gu Women's Council, and the chairperson of the North-gu Women's Council in the preceding F.

No one shall make, or have another person make contributions to, a candidate (including a person who intends to become a candidate) in connection with an election.

Nevertheless, in order to enhance the support rate of G's competition that was started from August 25, 2012 to Defendant B and Defendant C, Defendant A collected from the first instance trial meals and asked Defendant C to raise the support rate of G's competition that was registered as a candidate in the F party competition that began.

B and Defendant C, upon Defendant A’s request, contact with 28 persons, including 10 residents of H apartment complex B and Defendant C, including 10 residents of H apartment complex B, and 31 persons, including the Defendants, were gathered in the K cafeteria located in Busan Northern-gu J around 12:00 on August 28, 2012.

In addition, Defendant B and Defendant C made a statement to the participants of the above gathering who provide meals at the same time at the time upon request for support so that G No. 2 of the competition candidate No. 2 can be elected as F Party candidate at the F Party candidate in the competition voting at the F Party candidate scheduled to take September 7, 2012. Defendant A calculated 14:49 on the same day at the same place as I and other H apartment 2 complex residents at the same time, 193,548 won for meal expenses.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to make contributions by providing ten persons, such as I, with food of 193,548 won, such as a living conference, for the purpose of G to be a candidate for the election.
