Defendant
A, B, and C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000, and Defendant D shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,00, respectively.
The defendants are the defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who is in charge of the president of the General Council for Students at G University; Defendant B was the president of the Department of Law at H University; Defendant C was the former president of the Department of Law at G University; Defendant C was the construction engineering of G University; and Defendant D was the president of the General Council for Students at G University.
1. No person who intends to become a candidate shall make contributions to an election for a candidate (including a person who intends to become a candidate);
Nevertheless, around 18:00 on December 5, 2013, the Defendant, at the 6th anniversary of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, to be a candidate for the election for the National Dong-dong local exhibition hall, provided the 33 members of the total number of students of G University Association meetings and the students attending the 200,000 tourism bus expenses and the 108,000 won total of meal expenses, such as 10,000 won and 108,000 won.
Accordingly, the defendant made a contribution act for K that he wanted to be a candidate.
2. No person who is accused B shall make contributions for a candidate in connection with an election;
Nevertheless, around 18:00 on December 5, 2013, the Defendant attended K Publication Memorial Association of Korea, 12 executives and students of H University Department of Law, and paid 180,000 won to the participants as meal expenses.
Accordingly, the defendant made a contribution act for K that he wanted to be a candidate.
3. No person who is a defendant C shall make contributions to an election for a candidate.
Nevertheless, around 18:00 on December 5, 2013, the Defendant, at K Publication Commemorative Council as stated in paragraph (1), had G University construction engineering and 7 members of the student conference attend, and paid 90,000 won to the participants as meal expenses.
Accordingly, the defendant made a contribution act for K that he wanted to be a candidate.
4. The defendant D shall make contributions for the candidate in connection with the election.
