1. Crimes against C;

A. B. The Defendant’s uttering of the above investigation document

A copy of the resident registration certificate under C in the name of the original issuer C, which is an official document kept in custody at the time and place specified in the subsection, was submitted to an employee belonging to the KTIE and the official document was rejected.

2. Crimes against H:

A. On November 12, 2013, the Defendant forged a private document, stating “H”, “I” in the name column of the application form for the subscription of LG Ppller in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the address column, “K” in the contact column, and “H” in the customer column, using a tample-type pen on November 12, 2013, the Defendant is a private document concerning the rights and duties under the name of the victim H for the purpose of signing and exercising on the name next to the name.
