1. A and Defendant C conspired to sell as if they were the gold 18K gold bars purchased on the Internet, and at around 17:40 on September 23, 2013, at the “H” bank of the victim F in Gunsan-si, the Defendant A reported the gold net at the entrance outside the said bank, and the Defendant C presented 1 gold half of the gold bar purchased on the Internet from the victim F as if it were the gold bar, and the 18K gold bar was the gold bar, and then acquired 470,000 won from the victim, namely, from the gold bar, as the gold bar.
