Punishment of the crime

After searching a gold room located in the Gun Eup together with C and D, the Defendant attempted to take the gold room against the gold banks with a small size of low capacity to distinguish precious metal by advertising the gold room and selling it to the 18K gold bar, and then acquiring the gold bullion price against the gold banks with a small size of low capacity to distinguish precious metal by driving it on the said vehicle.

1. 2. Attempted fraud;

A. On November 26, 2016, at around 11:40, the Defendant, along with C and D, waited at “K” operated by the victim J, which was located in Bosung-gun I, Nam, and the Defendant, as if he were against 18K, made a false statement that the Defendant was 18K, but the Defendant attempted to receive 18K price money from the damaged person on the wind, knowing that the above half price was against Domination. However, the Defendant did not receive 18K price money from the damaged person on the wind, who was aware that it was against Domination.

B. On November 27, 2016, the Defendant, along with C and D on November 27, 2016, seeed from the “Nbagpo” operated by the victim M in Daegu-gu L, Daegu-gu, and waiting outside the network, and the Defendant, as if he were 18K, made a false statement, but the victim was the victim’s price.
