Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.
, however, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants: (a) purchased precious metals from the metal bank in order to repay their debts, and (b) conspired to steal them in a way of escape.
1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A. On September 5, 2015, around 19:30 on September 5, 2015, the Defendants entered the Fambane for the operation of the victim E located in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City, and the Defendant B purchased gold Bans, and sought a set of gold Bans from the victim, and Defendant A her waiting in a siren car parked in advance with the start-up and parked, and Defendant B presented the card to the victim as if Defendant B was a credit card member with a restaurant member card, not a credit card, and used 400,000 won at the market price between the victim and the victim’s attempt to settle the account with the said card, and cut it by means of escape.

C. On September 15, 2015, at around 15:55, the Defendants entered the part of the Victim L, located in the Busan Eastdong-gu, Busan, and the Defendant B purchased gold sprinks, and the Defendant A sprinks one gold sprinks from the victim, and the Defendant A sprinks the sprinks at the above sprinks which were parked out of the space and parked in advance.
