A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. B. Around 19:10 on December 3, 201, the Defendant was present at the Ulsan-dong Police Station Traffic Survey Center office located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-dong Police Station, and was investigated as suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol from Ulsan-dong Police Station, a police officer belonging to the above police station, and the Defendant voluntarily written the “F” in the statement column at the end of the interrogation protocol of the suspect himself/herself, and submitted it to the said slope G.
Accordingly, the defendant forged the signature of F in the name of F and exercised it for the purpose of exercising it.
