A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents on a written intent of voluntary behavior, or uttering of a falsified private document;

A. B. The Defendant at the time, time, and place specified in the preceding paragraph (1) to the above F, who is aware of the forgery.

As in the same paragraph, the author tried to use a forged voluntary behavior as a document that has been duly formed.

2. Forgery of private signature, and the use of a false investigation or signature;

A. On September 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 00:49, the investigation of the Ulsan East-dong Police Station located in the 666-1 Dong-dong, Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-dong, and the investigation of the crime of assault by D and D H on the front day of the above C cafeteria office at the 3rd Team office.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged G’s signature for the purpose of exercising the right.
