A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 18, 2015, at around 10:30, the Defendant driven Bone Star car with blood alcohol content of about 0.06% from the front of the “satisfying satfying house” located in the U.S. child of Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu to about 300 meters Dobong-ro 8-ro 38, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
