Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:01 on October 20, 201, the Defendant driven a balp motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.175% in blood at approximately 2km from the Do near the U.S.’s station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul to the 128-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul to the front road.
