Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 4, 2015, at around 04:47, the Defendant driven a 110cc obane while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.144% alcohol content at a section of approximately 200 meters, from the Do near the U.S. Station located in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Seoul, to the front of the 77 Jinmanart, located in the same Do.
