1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) Transfer on December 31, 1982 of land listed in [Attachment List Nos. 1 to 9].

1. Basic facts

A. As a public corporation established by the former Agricultural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (No. 5759 of February 5, 1999) under the Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act (amended by Act No. 2199 of January 12, 1970, repealed by Act No. 2199 of Dec. 29, 1995, hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), the Korea Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation (No. 5759 of February 5, 199) dissolved after the execution of the former Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (No. 5759 of February 5, 199), and the Korea Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation established on January 1, 200 pursuant to Article 9 of the Addenda of the former Agricultural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (No. 775 of December 29, 2005), the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (No. 9276 of December 29, 2008) changed the name of each Plaintiff (Korea Rural Community Corporation).

(b) Of the lands listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter referred to as “each land in this case”), (1) land listed in subparagraphs 1 through 9 is to be started around December 31, 1972 and completed on December 31, 1982 by the Development Project for Agricultural Water in the Filiju Farmland Cooperatives; (2) land listed in subparagraphs 10 through 13 is to be started around December 31, 1975 and started up around December 31, 1975 by the Development Project for Agricultural Water in the Filiju Farmland Cooperatives; (3) Land listed in subparagraphs 14 through 16 was to be started up around December 31, 1976 and started up around December 31, 1979; (4) Land listed in Articles 17 through 24 was to be incorporated into the Fluju Farmland Development Cooperatives’s Agricultural Water Production Project for Agricultural Water in the Fluju Farmland Development Cooperatives’s farmland development project; and (5) Land of the 197 through 17.197

C. Since the Pakistan Farmland Improvement Association incorporated each of the instant land into each of the instant reservoirs and constructed each of the said reservoirs, its rights and obligations with respect to the said facilities.
