1. The defendant shall transfer to the plaintiff on January 12, 1970 each real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, and 8.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Dancheon Repair Association and the Jincheon Repair Association were established under the former Shipbuilding Repair Association Order (Ordinance No. 2, Jul. 17, 1917), and were merged with the Jincheon Repair Association on Nov. 30, 1961. The Jincheon Repair Association was established on Dec. 31, 1961 under Article 6 of the former Land Improvement Project Act (amended by Act No. 948, Jan. 12, 1970; repealed by Act No. 2199, Jan. 12, 197; Act No. 5077, Dec. 29, 1995; Act No. 5335, Dec. 5, 2005; Act No. 5554, Nov. 5, 2005).

Under Article 3 of the Addenda to the former Korea Agricultural & Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (Act No. 7775 of Dec. 29, 2005), the name of the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and the former Korea Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund (Act No. 9276 of Dec. 29, 2008) has been changed into the name of the plaintiff (Korea Rural Community Corporation).

B. Of the land listed in the separate sheet, land Nos. 1, 2, and 3 was included in the site of the reservoir with no water completed in around 1959 after the Lee Man-su Cooperative commenced around 1953, and completed around 1959; (2) land Nos. 6, 7, and 8 was transferred to the Hancheon Water Cooperative after it commenced around 1943 and completed around 1949; and (3) land Nos. 9, 10 was included in the site of the Yucheon Farmland Cooperatives’ start up around 1967 and completed December 23, 1973; and (4) land Nos. 4 and 5 was incorporated into the site of the Yucheon Water Reservoir after the Agricultural Promotion Corporation commenced its construction in around 1981 and completed around 1984.
