1. Facts of recognition;

A. On December 7, 1961, 1961, the kingdo Repair Association and the Do Repair Association established under the former Shipbuilding Repair Association Order (repealed by the Enforcement Decree of the Land Improvement Project Act, July 21, 1917, and January 21, 1962) was merged into the Domsan Repair Association. Since then, pursuant to Article 948 of the Act on December 31, 1961, and Article 6 of the Addenda of the former Land Improvement Projects Act (repealed by the Enforcement Decree of the Rural Modernization Promotion Act, January 12, 1970), the Domsan Land Improvement Association was merged into the Domsan Improvement Association, and the Domsan Association was merged into the Domsan Improvement Association pursuant to Article 3 of the Addenda of the former Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act (repealed by Act No. 2199, Dec. 29, 195).

B. The Geum River Farmland Improvement Association was dissolved by the execution of the former Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (Law No. 5759, Feb. 5, 1999) and the Korea Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation established on January 1, 200 comprehensively succeeded to the rights and obligations of the Geum River Improvement Association pursuant to Article 9 of the Addenda of the same Act.

C. Pursuant to Article 3 of the Addenda of the former Korea Agricultural & Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (Act No. 7775 of Dec. 29, 2005), the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation and the former Farmland Management Fund (Act No. 9276 of Dec. 29, 2008), the Korea Agricultural and Rural Community Corporation was changed to the Korea Rural Community Corporation, which is currently the Plaintiff’s name.

The land of paragraph (1) is the land adjacent to the king which is the reservoir completed in 1942 by the Do Repair Association, the land of paragraphs (2) through (8) is the king which is the reservoir completed in 1931 by the king Repair Association, and the land of paragraphs (3) 9 through (11) is the land adjacent to the king which is the reservoir completed in 1945 in 1945 at the Dosan-si.

E. Pursuant to Article 16 of the former Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act, all of the instant reservoirs (hereinafter collectively referred to as “each of the instant reservoirs”) shall be taken over and managed by the Do Do Washing, the king Do Do Do ladr, the king ladr Do ladr Do ladr, and the Do Do Do ladr Do Do
