A from January 2, 2012 to July 9, 2010, for the purpose of breeding, hatchation, breeding, maping, and meat processing, A served as the representative director of the said company from January 22, 2013 to January 22, 2013, and as K, L, M, N, andO’s head office, and Defendant B served as the representative director of the said company.

C From November 13, 2011 to March 30, 201, the head of the K branch in the Gyeongcheon-gun P, Defendant D was working as the head of the K farm in the Gyeongcheon-gun P, and the head of L in the Q with the wife population Q from Jun. 1, 2012 to Jun. 1, 201, Defendant E was the head of the M in the Gyeongcheon-Gun R, and Defendant F was the head of the N farm in the Gyeongcheon-si from Aug. 2, 2008 to Jun. 30, 2013 and was responsible for the overall operation of the farm in accordance with the direction of the representative director.

2. Defendant A and Defendant D’s co-principal defendants in collusion;
A. From July 2, 2012 to November 30, 2012, a total of 10,324 times, as shown in the attached Table 2, 56 times, without any marking meeting the standards for marking livestock products in L from July 2, 2012 to November 30, 2012.
