The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who engages in meat packaging business under the trade name “C” in Daejeon Jung-gu.

1. Any meat packaging business operator in violation of Article 31 (2) 6 of the Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act shall prepare documents concerning production or work records in order to ascertain production or sale capacity by using raw materials and recording the details of products sold, and keep them for two years from the date of the last entry, and shall not prepare false documents;

While the Defendant continued to perform the production and operation of items, such as money, heavy satisfaction, and satisfaction, from September 1, 2018 to November 15, 2018, the Defendant did not prepare documents on the production and operation records.

2. The Minister of Food and Drug Safety in violation of Article 6 (2) of the Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act may determine and publicly notify the standards for labeling of livestock products for sale, and the livestock products, the standards for labeling of which are determined accordingly, shall be indicated in compliance with such standards. According to the "standards for labelling livestock products" in Article 2018-9 of the Public Notice of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, packaging meat produced by a business operator who has obtained permission for meat packaging business, shall not be indicated as livestock products subject to labeling, and no business operator who treats, manufactures, processes, or imports livestock products subject to labelling

On November 15, 2018, the Defendant treated domestic crate crates supplied by D, E, etc. as freezing meat (F) and indicated the distribution period as “1 November 08, 2020,” unlike the content of the product manufacturing report (18 months from the date of manufacture). The Defendant failed to put a mark meeting the standards or put a false mark.
