1. Basic facts

A. On November 13, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant, from November 13, 2015 to November 13, 2060, with the insurance period, and with the insured net C (the Plaintiff’s father to D) (hereinafter “the Plaintiff”), the beneficiary of the death insurance, and the purchase price of the insurance at the time of death of an injury (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) KRW 200,000,000, with the insurance amount of KRW 50,000 under a special contract for guaranteeing death of an injury of KRW 150,00,000 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

B. Under the instant insurance contract’s terms and conditions, the terms and conditions relating to the instant insurance contract’s ordinary terms and conditions and special terms and conditions are as follows.
