Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Forging a private document;
A. On July 18, 2016, the Defendant had been kept at a “C” mobile phone sales store located in Cheongju-si, a reasonable period of Cheongju-si B.

2. Exercising the relevant investigation document;
A. The Defendant, at the same time and place as described in the above-mentioned 1-A, issued a written application for alleh mobm bombling in the same name as described in the above-mentioned 1-A to P (29 years, south) who is the owner of the above-sale store (29 years, south) as if it were a document duly formed, and exercised it.
