A. Defendant Hyundai Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant Hyundai Construction”) is a company that newly constructs and sells an apartment building of 13 units, which is an apartment building of 1,628 units, on the land of N72,182,593 square meters in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City in the free economic zone (hereinafter referred to as “instant apartment building”). The Plaintiffs are those who entered into a sales contract with Defendant Hyundai Construction (hereinafter referred to as “each sales contract between the Plaintiffs and Defendant Hyundai Construction”) with respect to the instant apartment building, and the Korea Overseas Bank (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant foreign Exchange Bank”) and the Defendant National Bank (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant National Bank”), together with the above banks, are financial institutions that loaned part payment of each of the instant apartment sales contract to the Plaintiffs other than Plaintiff E, and the Defendant Korea Land and Housing Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant Corporation”) is a company that supplied the Plaintiff’s apartment construction project operator of the Incheon Free Economic Zone and the site of Hyundai Construction in the Incheon Free Economic Zone.
