1. The Defendants shall each accept the remainder of the Plaintiffs other than Plaintiffs A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, and I.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant Hanyang Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Hanyang”), including the status of the parties, (hereinafter “Defendant Hanyang”), is a construction contractor for the new construction and sale of K apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”) on the ground of J 52,672,00 square meters in the Young-si, Young-si, Incheon Metropolitan City (hereinafter “In Mancheon-si”), which is a multi-family housing with a scale of 1,304 square meters in J. 52,672,00 square meters on the ground of the Young-si, Young-si, the Young-si, the Young-si, which is a multi-family housing of 1,304 square meters, and Defendant Amerro World Investment Development Co., Ltd.
