1. Basic facts

A. Defendant Hyundai Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Hyundai Construction”) as the parties to the contract newly constructed and sold E apartment units (hereinafter “instant apartment units”) located in the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City on the ground of 472,182,593 square meters, which are multi-family housing of 13 Dong-dong 1628 square meters, within the free economic zone. The Plaintiffs are those who concluded the sales contract with Defendant Hyundai Construction and Hyundai Construction (hereinafter “each of the instant apartment units sales contract between the Plaintiffs and the Defendant Hyundai Construction”) and the Korea Overseas Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Korea Exchange Bank”) are financial institutions that extended the part payment of each of the instant apartment units to the Plaintiffs, and the Defendant Korea Land and Housing Corporation (hereinafter “Defendant Corporation”) is a company that supplied the instant apartment units to the Defendant Hyundai Construction Co., Ltd. as the land of the development project operator in the Incheon Free Economic Zone area in which the instant apartment units were constructed.
