Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant made stairs into the farm road owned by C, and planted trees and turfs to remove the farming paths passing through the dry field owned by C, and interfere with C's traffic.

On May 2014, the Defendant: (a) laid down posts of one meter in length on both sides of the road, and opened them with locks by linking both sides of the road, and (b) laid down four girs in the upper direction, which is the boundary of the said E land and F land, from among the above roads corresponding to the boundary of the said E land and F, thereby hindering the traffic of the Defendant from passing through the car volume of C.
