When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of a forest land B in a crossing-gun, and the defendant shall pass through roads in the above forest land in order to pass through the residence of the victim D in a Crossing-gun.

Nevertheless, on November 21, 2016, the Defendant laid down posts on both sides of the roads located above the breadth B, connected them with hacks, and fastened hacks with locks, thereby hindering the traffic of the roads.
