2. On September 9, 2019, the Defendant made a false statement that he would sell B game money to the victim D for KRW 133,000 by accessing B game from the PC room in the B B below Gwangju.

However, even if the defendant received money, he did not have the intention or ability to send the game money, and he was thought to use the money from the victim.

The Defendant deceivings the victim as such and received KRW 133,00 from the victim for the same day as the game money.

On October 21, 2019, the criminal defendant against the victim E posted a letter of intent to sell game money in the B game hosting room in G Pcscam located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, and the victim E, who reported the letter, made a false statement that he/she would sell the game money of KRW 1 billion in KRW 38,000 to the victim E.

However, the defendant did not have intention or ability to sell game money to the victim.
