Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 13, 2020, the Defendant, against the victim B, posted a letter of intent to sell the said game money (the unit: D) in the clive hold by accessing the “C” game and selling the said game money to the victim B who visited the victim B by reporting that he/she would sell D 126 billion won in 1050,000 won.

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to sell the game money.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 550,000 won from the victim to the corporate bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant on the same day and acquired it by fraud.

2. On January 28, 2020, the Defendant against the victim F, posted a letter to the “C” game that he sold the game money (unit D: D) in a monthly hosting room, and reported it to the victim F, who visited the victim F, made a false statement that he would sell the game money of 7.5 billion won in 6.5 billion won.

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to sell the game money.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 650,000 won from the victim to the account as stated in paragraph (1) above on the same day as the sales proceeds, and acquired them by fraud.

3. On January 30, 2020, the criminal defendant against the victim G posted a letter of intent to sell a game item in the clive hold by accessing the “C” game, and reported it to the victim G who visited the victim G, who sold the said game item to 4.80,000 won.

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to sell the game item.

Nevertheless, as above on the same day, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 480,000 won from the victim to the account as stated in the above paragraph (1) as the sales proceeds, and acquired them by fraud
