1. Of the land listed in paragraph 1 of the attached list, the attached appraisal sheet No. 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 11, 10, 10, 9.
Reasons
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. Basic facts [based on recognition: Facts without dispute, entry of Gap evidence 1 through 5, Eul evidence 2 through 15 (including those with additional numbers), the result of appraiser I's appraisal, the result of the appraisal of rent by the appraiser J, the result of the measurement and appraisal entrusted to the Korea Cadastral Corporation and the result of fact inquiry, the purport of the whole pleadings];
A. On March 15, 1990, Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K-gi 450 square meters (hereinafter “the land before the instant subdivision”), registration of ownership preservation was made in L name around 1979 with respect to the land before the instant subdivision. The land before the instant subdivision was partitioned into the land listed in the Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M&290 square meters (hereinafter “Plaintiffs”) and the land listed in the attached Table 2 (hereinafter “instant land”).
B. On June 29, 1985, the registration of ownership in L’s name was made with respect to the land wood and coagum, 23.14 square meters of land and coagum, and 29.75 square meters of land before the instant partition. The two houses were destroyed on August 3, 1989, where the two houses were extended to four buildings of wood and tax mentor and single-story detached house, 37.36 square meters of wood and single-story detached house, 31.28 square meters of wood and single-story detached house, 18.48 square meters of wood and single-story detached house, and 6 square meters of single-story and single-story house.
C. 1) Of the land before the instant partition, the part on the land prior to the instant partition, the neighborhood living facilities and housing (hereinafter “instant building 2”) with three floors of reinforced concrete structure on the ground of this case’s land section 2 and the 3rd floors of this case’s land.
After obtaining permission on March 10, 1989 and completed July 24, 1989, L had been registered to preserve ownership on March 15, 1990. As described in the above paragraph (a), each of the ownership registrations in the name of N on May 29, 190 with respect to the land in this case and the building in this case was divided, and each of the ownership registrations in the name of N on April 28, 1997 was completed on July 11, 2003.
