1. The plaintiff's respective claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The entire 135 square meters of the Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “the land before subdivision”) was part of the 201 square meters of the Ma in Y. The 201 square meters of the above M was divided into the land before subdivision and the land listed in paragraph (4) of the “Real Estate List” in attached Table 1 (hereinafter “instant 4”).
