1. The judgment of the court of first instance is modified as follows.

The defendant shall provide the plaintiffs with the real estate listed in attached Table 2.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On September 1, 1955, Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G (hereinafter “former G”) was divided into three large 22.5 square meters (hereinafter “C,” hereinafter “C”) and four parcels outside of 1 large 30.7 square meters (hereinafter “I before the division”), and neighboring Seoul Yongsan-gu was divided into H large 89.2 square meters and D large 22.8 square meters (hereinafter “D”) and one parcel outside of 30.7 square meters (hereinafter “C”), and the outer wall of the building was divided into three large 27 square meters and store 137 square meters and 137 square meters and 137 square meters and 137 square meters and 137 square meters and 137 square meters in a separate building.

B. E As of May 15, 1983, the building of this case C and D and this case were inherited to F, the spouse of E, and to Plaintiff B and K, the remaining children of E, respectively, with 3/10 shares, and 2/10 shares, respectively. Before the fact-finding survey conducted on state property in 2009, the first section of Korea Asset Management Corporation was installed with a fence as set forth in the following drawings, and a steel fence was installed in the middle section in a street. However, the said steel mold and fence were 17.8 square meters adjacent to C (hereinafter “the first section before the division”) along with the instant building.
