Punishment of the crime

1. A person who violates the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flag) is not a person handling narcotics, and thus is prohibited from selling or selling or administering a Metepha (flaon; hereinafter “philophone”) which is a psychotropic drug.

A. (1) On December 2019, the Defendant issued KRW 300,000 in cash to C at the parking lot located near Goyang-dong Btel in Goyang-gu, Goyang-si, and traded opon with approximately 0.3g of opon. 2) On March 16, 2020, the Defendant purchased and traded opon by using approximately 0.3g of opon at the residence of Da in Michuhol-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, on March 16, 2020, and transferred KRW 200,000 to the F bank account in the name of C.

B. (1) On August 23, 2019, the Defendant administered philophones in the same manner as in paragraph (1) at the G’s residence located in the domicile of Michuhol-gu, Incheon, on September 19, 2019, by inserting the volume of philophones into a pipe at the beginning 21:00, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting the philophones into a pipe. (2) On December 23, 2019, the Defendant administered the philophones in the same manner as in paragraph (1) at the G’s residence located in the domicile of Michuhol-gu, Incheon. (3) On December 23, 2019, the Defendant injected the volume of philophones into a philophones in the name of Goyang-gu Btel and the volume of philophones into a non-motor vehicle after dilution them with water.

4) Around 00:00 on March 17, 2020, the Defendant administered philophones in the same manner as that of paragraph (3) at an entertainment tavern located in the Goyang-dong-si, Goyang-si.

5) On March 18, 2020, at around 20:00, the Defendant administered philophones in the same manner as 3) in the Defendant’s dwelling in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Itel J.

6) On March 24, 2020, the Defendant administered philophones in the same manner as 3) in the Defendant’s residence, as described in paragraph (5) of the same Article, at the Defendant’s residence. 7) The Defendant, at March 26, 2020, administered philophones in the same manner as 3) in the Defendant’s residence, as described in paragraph (5).
