A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Medication, which is a psychotropic drug, a psychotropic drug, (one-name philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”);

A. On February 22, 2015, around 22:00, the Defendant administered philophones in a way that he inhales the philophones purchased from a female of the Philippines in his name-free hotel room, and inhales the smokes generated by heating the bottom of the slophones into a stringter.

B. The Defendant around 01:00 on February 23, 2015, at the above “B” hotel around 01:0, the above 1-A.

In the same manner as the paragraph, philophones have been administered.

C. The Defendant around 15:00 on February 23, 2015, at the above “B” hotel around 15:0, the above 1-A.

In the same manner as paragraph d, philophones have been administered.

On February 23, 2015, the Defendant at the above “B” hotel around February 22, 2015, the above 1-A.

In the same manner as the paragraph, philophones have been administered.

E. The Defendant around 15:00 on February 24, 2015, at the above “B” hotel around 15:0, the above 1-A.

In the same manner as the paragraph, philophones have been administered.

F. The Defendant, on April 2015, around 03:00, at the residence of the Defendant in Gangnam-gu Seoul and around 402, the above 1-A.

In the same manner as the paragraph, philophones have been administered.

G. The Defendant, on April 2015, at the lower order of 03:00, around 03:00, at the above residence.

In the same manner as the paragraph, philophones have been administered.

H. The Defendant at around 20:00 on May 10, 2015, at the residence above 1-A.

In the same manner as the paragraph, philophones have been administered.

2. At around 04:30 on May 14, 2015, Defendant 1, who possesses phiphonephones, purchased from a female on his/her name in the Republic of Korea, on February 22, 2015, at the port of Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and carried phiphones in the way of storing approximately 0.23g of phiphones remaining after being administered as prescribed in the above paragraph (1) in a capsule.

3. The Defendant of marijuana: (a) around 03:00 on May 11, 2015, is on the top of a mutual dissipant club located in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
