A person shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,50,00,00 for the crimes of Nos. 2 through 6 of the judgment of the defendant and the crimes of No. 2 of the judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On July 15, 2009, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of four months by imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Cheongju District Court on July 15, 2009, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 23, 2009.

1. On February 6, 2009, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, as a holder of Crens vehicles, operated the said vehicles not covered by mandatory insurance on a total of six occasions between 07:57 and 01:06 on February 6, 2009, including the operation of the said vehicles from 07:57 on February 6, 2009 to 07:06 on July 8, 2012.

On February 6, 2009: 06:44 on October 27, 2009, the 5R prior to the his/her resignation tower in Yeongdong-dong-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do on February 6, 2009; 5:22 on December 19, 201, 18:22 on May 5, 201, 42:3R prior to the his/her escape reservoir in Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, U.S. on May 23:27, 201, 3:5 on June 26, 2012, 205, the 6:02:20 on June 26, 2012, the 196-gu, Seocheon-gu, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-do, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on July 10, 2012.

Around 06:30 on October 27, 2009, the Defendant was driving a Crens car in the section of about 18km in the Cheongdong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do, with the distance from front of the clock 200-day, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do, and without obtaining a driver’s license from the section of about 18km in the Cheongdong-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do to the construction site.
