Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 24, 201, at around 09:45 on October 24, 201, the Defendant driven the said vehicle with approximately KRW 500 meters from the street in front of the second apartment of the Goak-gu, Soung-gu, Soak-gu, Soakdong-gu to the front floor of the second apartment of the Goak-gu, Soak-gu, Soak-gu, Goju-si without a driver’s license.
