[Criminal Power] On October 23, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court, which became final and conclusive on the 31st of the same month.

"2019 Highest 8946"

1. Larceny;

A. From around 02:00 to 03:00 on Jun. 6, 2019, the Defendant opened a driver’s seat which was not corrected by the victim U-owned V Mobage vehicle at the Gyeonggi-si T apartment parking lot, and cut off with a W credit card owned by the victim.

B. From around 02:00 to 03:00 on the early July 2019, the Defendant opened a driver’s seat which was not corrected by the victim’s Y-owned Zlurt vehicle at the 1st floor X-gu, Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si, and was stolen with only one AA credit card at the market price owned by the victim.

2. Fraud, fraud by use of computers, etc. and violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act;

A. On June 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) entered the information on the W credit card in the name of U, which was stolen, as described in paragraph (1) at the site of (State) AB; (b) and paid KRW 22,000, without authority; and (c) presented the W credit card of the victim U that was stolen over a total of 108 times from around that time to July 2, 2019, as described in attached Table 1, as if the Defendant was his/her card; (d) obtained the 5,106,730 won by arbitrarily inputting the true information without authority; and (e) used the stolen U’s credit card in the name of U.S.

B. At around 08:34:30 on July 13, 2019, the Defendant purchased passenger tickets for cross-city buses at a 239 Bupyeong Integrated Terminal, as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (b), and purchased boarding tickets by suggesting a stolen victim YA credit card as one of his/her own cards, and as between around that time and July 14, 2019, completed the victim Y AA credit card of 11 times in total, as described in the attached Table 2.
