A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and nine months.

Punishment of the crime

"2014 Highest 1478"

1. On November 11, 2013, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of two million won for the crime of larceny and the violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch.

On April 20, 2014, at around 11:00, the Defendant discovered a new card (U) owned by the victim E on the date of cash payment at one bank opening Dong-dong, Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the date of payment, and stolen it.

In addition, from June 30, 2013 to the above date and time, the Defendant habitually stolen the credit cards of the victims nine times in total as shown in the attached Table 1.

2. On April 20, 2014, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) presented a stolen credit card on his/her own account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account; (b) had the said employee pay the price of the goods using the said card; (c) received three 49,700 won in total at the market price of the victim’s account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account;

In addition, on June 30, 2013, from around 12:16 to April 14:55, 2014, the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to the total amount of KRW 4,700,200 using a stolen credit card over 11 times, as shown in attached Table 2, and acquired it or used a stolen credit card over 10 times.

On April 8, 2014, 2014, the Defendant presented the NH bond card (credit number D) owned by C, which was stolen to an employee on the account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account-based account, and had the said employee pay the price of the goods with the said card.
