Punishment of the crime

1. At around 10:40 on September 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed theft and attempted larceny of the victims more than five times during the period from around 2018 to September 2018; and (b) attempted to steal the victims’ goods on five occasions as indicated in the annexed crime list; (c) attempted to steal the victim’s goods on one occasion during the period from around 2017 to September 20, 2018.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On September 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 10:43, Sept. 24, 2017, around September 24, 2017, the Defendant illegally used another person’s credit card, which was stolen by settling 18,700 won for the price of the passenger ticket using the above E- card, and acquired a pecuniary benefit equivalent to the same amount; (b) around September 24, 2017, the Defendant purchased the goods from “F” store operated by the victim’s name in Seocho-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, which was operated by the victim’s non-confisor; and (c) obtained another person’s credit card, which was stolen by purchasing the passenger tickets, presented it to the employees as his/her own card, to pay 170,700 won of the price of the goods; and (d) obtained another person’s pecuniary benefit equivalent to the same amount.

B. On September 14, 2018, around 06:28, 2018, the Defendant unlawfully uses another person’s credit card, which was stolen by having the self-bank card, purchased food, presented it to his/her employee as if he/she had been his/her card, and allowing him/her to pay KRW 7,800 for the same amount.
