A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall photograph the body of another person, which may cause any sexual humiliation or sense of shame, by using a camera or other similar mechanism, against his/her will.

1. On December 21, 2017, the Defendant taken pictures against his/her will, on December 21, 2017, the body of another person, who is likely to cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame by 2 female employees on the first floor of the Pyeongtaek-si building, using a mobile phone camera on the front floor of Pyeongtaek-si building, taking pictures of the body of another person, who is likely to cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, by putting two female women on the front floor of the mobile phone camera, by video.

2. On March 26, 2018, the Defendant taken pictures against his/her will, around March 10:31, 2018, the body of another person, who is likely to cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame by putting one female under his/her name on a cell phone camera, using a cell phone camera at around 10:31 on March 26, 2018.

3. On April 15, 2018, the Defendant taken pictures against his/her will, around April 15, 2018, the body of another person, who might cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a cell phone camera at a female toilet listed in paragraph (1) on April 15, 2018.

4. On May 6, 2018, the Defendant, on May 6, 2018, in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (i.e., cameras, etc.) taken pictures against his/her will, on May 6, 2018, the body of another person, who may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, by putting his/her name unexploited female toilets in “F”, E, a mobile phone camera, and making use of the mobile phone camera, and putting his/her name unexploited female and victim G (tentative name, female name) on the side screen.
