A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 23, 2018, the Defendant intruded upon a residence: (a) around 08:00, the Defendant came to the house of the victim C, which was known in advance, and installed CCTV in the victim’s room; (b) installed CCTV in the victim’s room; and (c) intruded the victim’s residence.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other crimes);

A. On April 17, 2018, at around 20:00, the Defendant taken photographs against his/her will another person’s body, which could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, by putting his/her sexual humiliation or sense of shame, on a gallon (S8 in gallon ju) a smartphone (e.g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., 36 years of age) of the victim F (n., g., g., g., that he/she was holding at the “E” restaurant located in Busan Metropolitan City.

B. On April 2018, the Defendant taken a photograph of another person’s body that could cause sexual humiliation or shame of sense of shame at H restaurant located in Gyeongsan-si G by sealing the body of the said victim F’s boom, the bridge, etc., with the method as referred to in the said paragraph (a) in the manner as referred to in the said paragraph.

On May 10, 2018, the Defendant taken pictures against his will, in a toilet located in Sinsan City I, of another person’s body, which could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, by hiding his smartphone in front of the Defendant’s smartphone, the video function of which has been performed, and affixing the image of the said victim C as a video, which could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame.

In the same manner, the above victim C taken the body of another person who could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame by putting the appearance that the victim would be melted in video against his will.
