A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A crime committed on August 23, 2016;

A. On August 23, 2016, the Defendant affected a structure: (a) around 21:21 on August 23, 2016, the Defendant entered the instant toilet in order to take a female body part of the body, which entered the instant toilet, in advance, and entered the instant toilet in order to photograph a female’s body part, which is viewed as being melted and melting by entering the toilet room.

Accordingly, the Defendant invaded another person's body, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, into a structure managed by another person for the purpose of photographing the body against his will.

Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Use and photographing of Cameras, etc.) Defendant recorded the date and time stated in the above “1-A” paragraph, and the cell phone in possession at the place below the partitions, and taken the image of the female victim in the next partitions by using the video photographing function of the above cell phone in a manner that the female victim reported booms.

As a result, the defendant taken the body of another person, who could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a camera or other similar mechanism, against his will.

2. A crime committed on September 24, 2016;

A. A. On September 24, 2016, around 22:50 on September 24, 2016, the Defendant invadedd a structure: (a) entered the said toilet to take the body part of the women’s body, which is viewed as being melted and melting by entering the said toilet room in advance; (b) entered the said toilet.

Accordingly, the Defendant invaded another person's body, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame, into a structure managed by another person for the purpose of photographing the body against his will.

B. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (such as Camera, etc.) recorded the date and time set forth in the above “2-A” clause, and recorded the cell phone in the lower space, thereby putting the cell phone possessed at the same space into the partitions, and taking the image of the female victim in the next partitions by using the video photographing function of the above cell phone.
