A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 21, 2019, around 22:57, the Defendant tried to take the image of the victim DNA (50 years old) with a view to meeting the sexual desire by photographing the figures of women who are considered to be melted in the first floor female toilets of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Songpa-gu, with a view to satisfy the sexual desire. However, the Defendant attempted to take the image of the victim D (50 years old) with a view to exposing the sexual desire within the toilet. As a result, the Defendant invaded a toilet, which is a public use place used by many unspecified persons, for the purpose of meeting sexual desire, and attempted to take the body of a person who may cause sexual humiliation or shame against the will of the person to be taken, using a camera.

2. On November 22, 2019, around 23:46 on November 22, 2019, the Defendant intruded the places specified in paragraph (1) with the same purpose as that specified in paragraph (1) and taken a photograph of the victim’s name and influence box, who reported urinals within the toilet partitions.

As a result, the Defendant invaded a toilet, which is a public use place used by many unspecified persons, for the purpose of meeting sexual desire, and taken the body of a person who may cause sexual humiliation or shame using a camera against the will of the person to be taken.

3. On November 23, 2019, around 00:07 around November 23, 2019, the Defendant intruded the places specified in paragraph (1) with the same purpose as that specified in paragraph (1) and taken the image of the victim E (the age of 31) who reported melting in the toilet partitions.

As a result, the Defendant invaded a toilet, which is a public use place used by many unspecified persons, for the purpose of meeting sexual desire, and taken the body of a person who may cause sexual humiliation or shame using a camera against the will of the person to be taken.
