Punishment of the crime

On December 18, 2014, at around 23:15, the Defendant, in front of the Namdong-gu Incheon National Bank, 323, the victim C (the 30-year-old) who is a police officer belonging to the Incheon Southern Police Station B District, was trying to prepare a report on detection of violation of parking and stopping in respect of D motor vehicles illegally parked in front of the Incheonnam Police Station B District, and when the number of students E, etc. waiting for the bus on the ground that the vehicle owned by the Defendant was regulating the vehicle owned by the friendly-gu, the Defendant abused the victim publicly, by openly emphasizing the victim “Y, spack, fring, franch, franch, franch, farch, farch farch.”
