On September 21, 2012, around 21:10 on September 21, 2012, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by stating that “the victim C (the aged 55) who is a police official belonging to the Nam-dong Police Station of the Incheon Southern Police Station, who is a police officer belonging to the 2nd Police Station of the Incheon Nam-gu Police Station, would not know the identity of the victim of the 2nd-gu Police Station, who was sent to the scene and identified the facts.”
