A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 15, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 4 months for larceny at the Busan District Court. On October 13, 2009, the same court was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes.
