A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

A seizure after seizure (No. 2) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On November 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. in the Daegu District Court Port Branch Branch of the Daegu District Court on November 13, 2013, and on May 25, 2014, the Defendant completed the enforcement of the sentence.

1. A thief: (a) around 02:00 on July 25, 2014, at the construction site of the Nam-gu Port C building, the Defendant brought a theft of air conditioners equivalent to KRW 1,000,000 in the market price of the victim D owned on the rooftop, and brought about the goods worth KRW 3,370,000 in total by the same method six times in total, as in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.

2. At night, at around 03:00 on August 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded a gate not corrected in G building B Dong, which is managed by the victim F of the victim F in Southern-gu E at port; (b) cut off the cable of the air-conditioner on the rooftop; (c) cut off the air-conditioner, which was in possession of the air-conditioner on the rooftop; and (d) divided the pipe by hand, brought up the goods worth KRW 2,100,000 at the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victim's property.

3. Around 04:30 on August 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim I from the body of “J” operated by the victim I in Y in Mapo-nam-gu, Mapo-si by means exceeding a fence; (b) laid the dong line outside the fence at the market price of 550,000 won; and (c) broken the office glass door due to the chain of guns, thereby bringing about KRW 4,69,000 in cash on the fence.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by destroying and impairing part of the door or structure at night.

4. A thief: (a) around 03:0 on August 27, 2014, the Defendant: (b) stolen with one alkinium shot bridge (1m in length) equivalent to KRW 40,00 in the market value of the victim’s Mambling, which was loaded on the building in Southern-gu at port and in the parking lot No. 102; and (c) was stolen.
