A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. On November 8, 2015, around 16:00, the Defendant: (a) loaded a DNA rackter vehicle parked by the victim C on the roads adjacent to the “FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFY 150, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Gyeongcheon-si, and (b) destroyed the victim’s property by putting one of the victim’s market value equivalent to 200,000 won.

On December 2, 2015, the Defendant found the victim I, in front of the “J” operated by the victim I in Y in Hacheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, the victim’s market price at KRW 50,00,00,000, and found the victim’s alkin bridge and the market price at KRW 4,000,000,000,000,000 were stolen by taking advantage of the gaps around the supervision.
