A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 11, 2015, at around 21:32, 2015, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) was boarding a F taxi operated by the victim E in front of the D main office located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) started the direction of the Defendant’s residence

The Defendant stated that the victim’s request that accurately speaks at the destination address is called “the head of the match,” and did not inform the accurate address, and that “the head of the taxi will not leave the road well,” and that “the head of the Gu shall receive the fee” also expressed the victim’s request that “Is the victim’s request that “I will leave the H district located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul to help the police officer.” The victim moved to the H district in order to ask the police officer for help.

The Defendant: (a) asked the police officer, who was called up upon the victim’s request for help before the said H District; and (b) asked the victim of the said District, as “I had been suffering from the passenger’s ship and the taxi engineer’s will to go to the district; (c) where he want to go to go to the district;” but still, without informing the destination’s address, the Defendant expressed that “I would go to governance, or will go to go to the seat; (d) I would like to say, “I would have to go to go to the seat; and (e) I would like to say, “I would have to go to go to the seat; and (e) I would have refused to go to go to the taxi for about five minutes, making the victim unable to drive the taxi.”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's taxi business by force.

2. On July 11, 2015, the Defendant refused a request from the police officer for confirmation of destination of I, who is a police officer, and took a bath as above, and laid down the I’s chest part of I’s chest in hand and boomed I’s neck.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on civil petition affairs.
