A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 23:20 on March 6, 2015, the Defendant, at the main point of “E” in the victim D’s operation in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant, on the ground that he does not drink while drinking alcohol together with a man-friendly woman G, F and F, etc., he saw her “a bit of bitch bitch bitch,” and the Defendant, on the ground that she did not her mind while drinking alcohol, she suspended the disturbance for about 20 minutes, such as her son who was at the same time son’s hand, and let the main customer drink her drinking alcohol.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the victim's main business by force.

2. On March 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) discovered that, around 23:40 on March 6, 2015, the police officer of the Seoul Western Police Station H District reported 112 to the effect that “the Defendant had any person interfering with his business by avoiding disturbance; (b) the police officer of the Seoul Western Police Station H District, who was called out, prevented the Defendant from exercising the Defendant’s violent force against the said G; (c) bread the Defendant’s breath with her flap, her flap, and pushed the Defendant’s flap with the flap; and (d) told the Defendant, “I flasing the flab with the Defendant, who was a police officer of the said district, who continued to be dispatched with I, was aware of the facts of the instant case from the said D; and (d) flading the flab’s chest by hand, etc., two times the flab and walking the Defendant’s f.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the dispatch of 112 reported police officers and the handling of the case.
