【Criminal Facts】

1. On January 26, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 23:30 on January 26, 2019, at the main point of “D” operated by the victim C (n, 41 years of age) located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul; (b) junating the costs to customers; and (c) brea the victim’s shoulder and arms with left hand.

2. On January 26, 2019, at around 23:30 on January 26, 2019, the Defendant, at the place indicated in paragraph (1), 15 minutes of a disturbance, i.e., the Defendant: (a) took the entrance door of the place; (b) took the gate of the entrance door of the place; and (c) took a demand from the victim C to leave the door; and (d) took a look at the victim’s shoulder and arms with his left hand; and (c) taken the place listed in paragraph (1) again around 00:30 on January 27, 2019, after the police officer’s taking measures for returning home, the Defendant: (a) took the bath to the customer E, namely, “I have to go off, her husband, her husband; and (b) took a stop, and (c) took the scambling, and (d) 30 minutes of a disturbance.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's main business by force.

3. Around 00:33 on January 27, 2019, the Defendant insultingd victims E, who are customers, from among the places indicated in paragraph (1) and the place where the business owner C, etc. was located, the Defendant made a statement to the victim E, who is the customer. Around that time, the Defendant insultingd victims G, who is a police officer belonging to the Yongsan Police StationF District, dispatched after receiving a report of 112 that “influence of a fluence” was called “influence of a police officer,” “influence of a police officer,” “influence of a knife of a knife,” “I will not have a face,” and “Chovah” respectively.
