Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 14, 2020, the Defendant assaulted “C” restaurant located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on June 14, 2020, on the following occasions: (a) the Defendant requested that the Plaintiff return home from the slope E belonging to the Seoul Yongsan Police Station D commander of the Seoul Yongsan Police Station, who was called up after receiving the report of 112 and demanded that he return home from the above E; (b) the Defendant spons the above E twice by hand; and (c) by gathering plastic boxes, which are dangerous objects in the side, one time the left part of the said E.

Since then, while walking a trial fee to the jums who passed along the way, the jumnasium belonging to the police station Fdistrict group of Yongsan Police Station who was called out after receiving the above E's request for assistance was forced to her at one time, and the above G's left side her sonel was arrested as a flagrant offender, and the police officer was arrested in the course of boarding the patrol vehicle, and the Hamb the Ham the right shoulder of the Ham of the Ham of Yongsan Police Station Fdistrict belonging to the Yongsan Police Station.

As a result, the Defendant carried dangerous objects and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of reports by E 112, who is a police officer, and at the same time interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning G and H's public peace and maintenance of order.

2. In the time and place indicated in paragraph 1, the Defendant openly insulting the victim by stating “dwarp chack chack chack chack chack chrop” to the victim, when the Defendant, who was demanded to return home from the victim E as above, and the Defendant’s daily behaviors and name friers are heard by the victim.
