1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 03:10 on July 31, 2014, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim G, a police officer of the Sungnam Police Station F District, who was dispatched to the said singing room, with the receipt of 112 report that there is a female with no name, two women, and the said singing room business, etc., in the D No. 32 located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, the Defendant: (a) around 03:10 on July 31, 2014; and (b) on the part of the victim G, a police officer of the Sungnam Police Station F District of the Sungnam Police Station, who was dispatched to the said singing room, for the purpose that “I wish to confirm it; (c) regardless of who is the reporter; (d) on the part of the reporter, I am am off.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph, took a bath in the same manner as mentioned in the preceding paragraph, and assaulted a police officer, who was a police officer belonging to the Sungnam Police Station F District Unit of the Sungnam Police Station, to present his/her identification card, with his/her body being pushed off once, h’s body was tightly pushed off, h’s left upper part of the H’s body was shaken, and h’s body was shakened.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning 112 report handling.

1. Application of the Acts and subordinate statutes on witness G and H’s respective statutory statements;

1. Relevant Article 136(1) of the Criminal Act concerning criminal facts, Article 311 of the Criminal Act, and selection of fines;

2. Of concurrent crimes, the former part of Article 37, Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the Criminal Act;

3. Articles 70 (1) and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act for the confinement of a workhouse.
